KEYOPI Kenya

Here are 30 Trade Aid Boxes all packed and ready to begin their journey to Kenya, containing more sustainable humanitarian aid to help individuals help themselves. 10 boxes will be going to the Ahero Vocational Training Centre and the remaining 20 are for the KEYOPI training scheme in Homa County. There are 7 Builders boxes, 1 Carpenter box, 6 Electrical boxes, 7 Mechanic boxes, 5 Plumber boxes, 3 Tailor boxes and 1 Welder box. On Monday 19th July the boxes are due to be loaded on to a container which will take about six weeks before it reaches Mombasa and then a few days overland before reaching Homa Bay where the boxes will be distributed to the relative organisations. We shall look forward to receiving some feedback and photos in about 3 months. Watch this space!
